Welcome To The Home Of The Multiminded Music Fanatics

We are the music fanatics Fiona and Jim. Our passion for music shows in everything we do. We live our lives to a soundtrack and then some. We DJ at festivals, events and create our own themed music nights. We have a DJ residency the last Saturday of the month at the Ship in the heart of Newcastle’s creative quarter, the Ouseburn. Multiminded Music is a spin off of the boutique digital agency Multiminded Digital that Fiona co-founded. But we don’t just love and play music we produce it along with a myriad of other things music and festival related, too, from club brands to projection visuals and promos. Recent DJ events include the Indie Disco at Lindisfarne Festival (two years running), a Mark E Smith/Fall tribute at the Cluny, Synth-tastic and Ska-tastic and New Wave & at the Ship & House Disciples with House DJ supremo Conrad Scott at Bar Loco. Other themed events include Dance-tastic (including Rave), Disco-tastic, 90s-tastic, a Stranger Things themed Snowball, Prince & Wham! tribute nights and Toffee Factory Records, a two nighter to celebrate the Hacienda’s 30th birthday for the Late Shows where we also introduced our music arts project Our Life Sounds.

Designer Makers – Making Music Related Products

In addition to our DJ life we are are also designer makers and have a lovely designer maker studio in the Mushroom Works in the Ouseburn. We are just putting the finishing touches to our new product website but you can get a sneak preview of some of the things we make at Multiminded Design here.
